When it comes to unconditional love here on this plane of existence, the formula is way more tricky to accomplish than we often give it credit for. Hat’s off to the excellence of anyone who has truly felt and shared unconditional love. It’s way too rare and so incredibly precious.

One of the stories of many shines a light into heartfelt connection, past the judgment and narrow minds of mankind, to a space where love melts illusion.

Food habits has ultimately been one of the major areas in my own life that’s needed balance and strategy. Sometimes I’ve gotten it so right and felt amazing, while at other times I have been so off balance and felt every inch of it, literally.

Life holds a series of choices available to each of us every day in just about every way. Some choices we are extremely aware of, while others are more uncertain and even elusive.

As many of you reading this know, I have held a spiritual view for as long as I can remember, and have been more than willing to share that perspective. I have been even more willing to share if it is of service to any of you who were seeking a greater view of yourself.

I love how special and unique the people are, who feel drawn to the work that flows through me. Some of their stories have deeply touched me, while others have inspired me, and changed me for the better.

Life is filled with so many choices, in every moment, every single day. We choose how we awaken, what we wear, eat, drink, wash, and move about our day.

We all have some understanding of the fact that abundance really does exist, yet it’s been a common Global practice to potentially imagine it’s not necessarily a personal truth.

I consider growth as an opportunity to become more spiritually awakened, and to be honest, I didn’t always feel that way. It changed for me while at a retreat in a Southern California massage school, where I was a student of deliberate touch…

To live and breathe with our hearts wide open is a glorious way to show up here on this fuzzy World plane of existence.

It’s tough to step out into the World and play much with others, when we have such a great self-contained entertainment system right here in our little cottage.

Being fun, producing a creative slant on life, and standing in an optimistic landscape matters greatly in this life. This story is connected to one of my greatest loves - my mum.

Being on purpose is for all of us to express who we are and join hands to help each other do the same. We deserve to give each other the chance to share and collaborate rather than compete.

I cannot say I’ve kept up an attitude of gratitude all the time in this life. I’ve had my ups and downs on this roller coaster ride, and sometimes the downs have not been a thing I’ve shown up grateful for, to be honest.
