Very Special Chocolate Mousse Vegan Pie Recipe
I’ve only made this a couple of times and it’s great for celebrations or just a yummy chocolate dessert that’s healthy and vegan. I love a good excuse to celebrate and this makes it easy without spoiling the good that you’re working toward………..
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 teaspoons unsweetened non-dairy cream
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon of chia powder
Method:
Place the avocados into a processor
Add the milk
Add the cacao
Add the chia
Add the agave nectar
Mix to very smooth
Taste and adjust sweetness
Scoop into a dish or glasses and chill
Serve and enjoy
