Very Special Chocolate Mousse Vegan Pie Recipe

I’ve only made this a couple of times and it’s great for celebrations or just a yummy chocolate dessert that’s healthy and vegan. I love a good excuse to celebrate and this makes it easy without spoiling the good that you’re working toward………..

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/3 cup agave nectar

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened non-dairy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon of chia powder

Method:

  • Place the avocados into a processor

  • Add the milk

  • Add the cacao

  • Add the chia

  • Add the agave nectar

  • Mix to very smooth

  • Taste and adjust sweetness

  • Scoop into a dish or glasses and chill

  • Serve and enjoy
