Healed and Whole - Vegan Parmesan Shake Recipe

We have been playing in healthier, light choices in our little cottage life. It’s been working really well for us. My darling is beginning to come off his medications and I am not dealing with hard stomach issues. We didn’t go drastic - we have been gradually changing our dietary intake and it’s not a point of deprivation, instead it’s a conscious choice to eat and live lighter, with greater awareness.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups cashews

  • 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 3/4 teaspoons sea salt

Method:

  • Add all to a processor and mix to fine meal

  • Place in a flour or large hole shaker and cover

  • Store chilled in the fridge up to 3 weeks

  • Use for any recipes that call for parmesan cheese
