Guidance -Fruit Roll-up Recipe

We love to snack in our little beach cottage life and don’t want to look like beached whales, so healthy snacks are vitally important for our level of happiness without lessening our desire to be healthier. This snack is a good idea, portable and easy to eat something sweet and light whenever we wish.

 Ingredients:

  • I cup berries

  • 1 cup different berries

  • 3 Tablespoons coconut sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

 Method:

  • Place all the ingredients in a processor

  • Line a baking pan with silpat mat

  • Pour the mixture on to the mat

  • Spread with a spatula

  • Make sure it’s as thin as possible 1/8” thick

  • Dehydrate or place in a cool oven to do the same

  • Leave for 4-6 hours

  • Should be dry and tacky ( if the edges are too dry, paint some water on them)

  • Cut into strips with scissors

  • Use the silpat mat to roll up

  • Store up to 2 weeks in an airtight container
