ArchAngel Uriel is one of the major ArchAngels, recognized by all faiths. His name means “fire of God” and he carries a book, a scroll and a flaming sword, a disc of the sun and a celestial orb, a disc of stars and constellations.

Being in contact with our Golden Self, simply takes practice and preferably a daily one. On a regular basis I stand in front of the mirror and remind myself out loud that I am lovable and worth the time that life has gifted me.

Guidance is everything. Being guided by higher means helps loosen the impact of the challenges of this Worldly culture and heightens the possibility, which then diminishes the doubt and any earthly disappointments.

Dreaming is something we often consider as a sleeping tool of imagination, working on solving daily life problems or allowing for creativity to erupt during pre-sleep and in the early waking hours of the morning.

I know that to be highly effective on a spiritual path, we must ideally strive to remain on the positive side of reality. However, it’s easy to get sucked into some of the stories of our reality that we have to physically deal with, that can move us closer to the negative side of reality.

I feel that to be curious is a really good idea and to keep discovering new and exciting elements both within self and outside of us, keeps us young, alive and vibrant in health and the wealth of life itself.
