This “How to Love You” book is one I wish I had read many years ago for my own life, let alone helped co-create with such amazing guidance.

It’s never too late, however, and as I now send this book out to the World I love, I myself am in a loving place with me, and in love with a partner more than worthy of life here on earth.

 This is a book that was created in my mother’s apartment in England. She has since passed and I feel her heart watching over this book, loving the fact that we are now sharing it with each of you.

 She loved the work. It made a huge difference in her life and in her healing and stepping into a higher plane of existence before she left her body. I am so grateful to be able to share this with you and thank you for wanting to become your best by participating in this.

I have written this book specifically for you to write your notes, scribble your thoughts, and journal your feelings. My wish is that you will be able to meditate and grow from the guidance.  Allow yourself to flow in your own way while using this as a loose guide. This book is designed to encourage you and inspire you to do the work.
