Honor Newsletter
Let’s begin this newsletter by saying I honor every single one of you and those you hold dear to your hearts. While we’re at it, honor is a wonderful quality to hold in our lives anyway, and it contains many facets and parts. First we can address what it takes to be in honor of ourselves on a daily basis……this isn’t simply self love or self respect, although when both aspects are included, there is a greater opportunity for honor to be present. When honor is in existence, there is respect, transparency due to honest and open disclosure. “Honoring’an agreement is about fulfilling a promise.
We are always making some sorts of promises or disclosures and when we can stand by them and be in integrity we are fulfilling promises made. This has to be a higher level of living here on earth. Keeping promises, fulfilling agreements, meeting higher standards of self are all a part of standing in honor. Then honoring this life and all those we interact with becomes an extension or expansion of the honor system we have created. The lovely thing about honor is that even if we haven’t done such a good job in the past, it’s never too late to set up our honor system for the present into the future. Honor is also a recognition of being seen and heard, respected and fulfillment of promises. This life we have is a gift ( even at those trying times when we question it a whole bunch) and it is an honor to live and be alive to experience and express within this great life.
I am personally honored to be here and to be connecting with you at this profound time in the human experience we are involved in being a participant of.
