Self Help Newsletter

When any of you have experienced sessions with us and our Guides, you will have noticed that an invitation most often goes out to each of us, to take better care of ourselves in any and every way possible. Although it’s a great human trait to exhibit being loving, compassionate and kind, to care strongly for the health and wellbeing of others in our circle of family and friends, it isn’t enough if we aren’t on the list. In fact, it’s not enough to place our own value and wishes for self love and self care somewhere on the list, and instead we have to make ourselves a priority in these physical bodies, at the top of the list for emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. It is, after all, nobody else’s responsibility to take care of us, because each of us has the potential within us to be our own greatest healer.

The healer within is the highest ability we have, and it’s always been our job to activate and align with them to discover what’s needed at all and each stage of the development in this life. As we awaken more and claim our sovereignty, acknowledging our weakest places, so that we know where to pour the most necessary strengths, has already become one of the most vital parts of our self mastery. We came here to this earth plane to grow and remember who we are and taking care of ourselves is a very real, practical way to manifest in other areas. I love to share some of my self care rituals and hope you each have many more that you’re welcome to share with us and anyone else reading this…..

I start each day spinning my energy field to awaken it, then take time for self care by preparing for a shower of affirmations, that include rituals of fragrant infused energizing blends of aromatherapy coconut oils, applied prior to stepping into the shower where instead of washing the oils off, I am incorporating them into my skin, body, life and the day ahead. At the end of the day I mostly complete my day by running a foamy salt bath, and standing in the warm soothing waters first, rubbing a relaxing blend of aromatherapy salt scrub into my skin and running waves of gratitude for the day we just experienced. Then lay in the tub reflecting on the day behind me, checking how I could have done better in any area, where I felt content with my best and giving thanks to the guides, asking if there were any downloads or anything I may need to know or understand from the day I just lived.

I also run my chakras spinning them into a balanced state of gentle consciousness, preparing for our nightly meditation before sleep. In the. In the middle of every day it’s a walk, swim or both and dance, live music more than 3 days a week. These are just a few of the rituals I live in to keep me vibrant and healthy in self care and self love. Oh and I also love the work I commit to 3-4 days a week.

What is your self care regime like?
