Finding Peace

Do you ache for the feeling of peace and being soothed? It's often been tough to find peace in such a world of bustle and demands upon us. How do you soothe your sometimes weary mind, body and spirit? It can be a challenge to find that peace. Of course there are books, classes and workshops but when you're that tired - there's not enough time, energy or even money to seek it elsewhere...

So - what do you do? How do you find peace?

STOP and go lie down. Create a soft space perhaps with gentle music, soft or no lighting and place crystals on your belly. Close your eyes, breathe and tell yourself you are doing a beautiful job of being you. Breathe in love, breathe out love. Affirm "I am doing a beautiful job of life" and let your whole body, mind and spirit float...
