One of the most important self-mastery techniques we can utilize is the Higher self connection.

Our Higher Self is perfect. There is no story. There are no problems. There is nothing to fix or resolve. The space of the Higher Self is a connection to everything and a oneness to all. We as humans don’t need to be as evolved, we can be so connected to our Higher Self and allow that immense, all-knowing being to connect us to all the other realms and the Highest state of consciousness.
