~ 10 Steps to Spiritual Freedom ~
This is your first step to Spiritual Freedom.
On this first step you are asked to begin journaling, writing who you are daily. This is the first real tool in your tool box. Journal as you awake in the morning, even briefly, and check in and journal at night. When something occurs and you're triggered or experiencing some strong feelings, thoughts or actions, please journal then also.
If possible, create two journals, one with the more negative aspects of your life and one with the positive aspects, and only the positive. One journal may record where you feel stuck and one may record where you feel as though your life flows. When we focus on where it's working, life simply gets better. Questions have been set to open your mind, heart, body and spirit. Please add your own questions. These are door openers for you to check in with who you are.
