This saying is a good one: “Dream big or go home.” Let’s not go home yet, instead perhaps we deserve to keep dreaming and dreaming big and bold and beautiful.

Change is inevitable and the only reason it can get challenging is when we resist it. Going with the flow and embracing change is important for our physical, emotional and mental health.

The journey to discovery begins with ourselves. We are on high adventure. What shall we do with that?

When I stop and observe my life and the many aspects of it, I am often amazed by the reflection that I see around me! Whenever I question “How am I doing and am I making a difference in this world of ours?”

Life has many endings and beginnings. Life itself is a bit of a death sentence and death is a new beginning, a graduation and a state of being without the form of a physical body.

Life provides many opportunities to walk through new doorways of experiences. The more curious we are to create and allow doorways and choices to appear, the better our life story can play out. I love seeing each of us exercising the choosing of the life we wish to live.

Every day in every way it’s our job to be so happy. I wish this upon each and every one of us, including me. We deserve to be “outrageously happy” and there’s always a way to make that happen.

Allowing time to be the little girls or little boys we have inside of us is a great idea. It’s so easy to be such adults and they don’t usually have as much remembrance of the play within them as the children inside us can access

With each breath, each beat of our hearts and every foot step we can deliberately place our best foot forward and it’s worth doing that as much as possible during our lifetime here on this plane of existence.
