We are in relationship all day long all the time, our whole life. Our first relationship is with ourselves, whether we like it or not. Every ability to relate to anyone else comes out of how we are first relating to us.

Life is all about creating. And that which we create from a place of not ever having experienced it is always shiny and new!

Remember to lead with the heart. Heart energy is the most powerful healing thing that we can spread in this world!!

Opportunity is really nothing more than a passing train or bus… you cannot go anywhere unless you add the action of getting on board.

My intention in sharing this Going Within Video Message, which is actually more of an intentional list - is to be of service.

Get inspired to find and live with more joy in daily life. If you haven’t located your joy, make a list of all that doesn’t bring you joy and become a rebel with a cause. Do the opposite.

I love to laugh and find ways to tickle that part of me every day. Give yourself an excuse to laugh and have more fun.

Don’t you get that yummy warm, fuzzy feeling when you consider the tribe you’re attracting. I think of pot luck dinners, gatherings, laughter, pleasure and sharing with a group of people who are similarly interested in all that excites and delights me. I love the community spirit.
