We could easily take each one of these three amazing words and develop a story from them, and each story would be worth telling. I have loved, cherished and adored my life, filled with the stories of triumph and spiritual warmth, over the 30 years of healing work. This is simply one of them…………..

One day a mum came in to the healing center I held, to see me. She was referred by her adult daughter who felt she would benefit from the work she herself had been receiving. I had been giving her therapeutic massages for almost the entire year we had been open.

The woman came into the center and I saw a small dark haired little girl with her. The little girl held a red balloon in her hand. I looked at my mum after I had walked her to our restroom at the very back of the center. While she was in there, I asked my mum if she too had seen the little girl with the red ballon, walking beside her.

My mum shook her head with a small smile.

She knew I was having a psychic moment and that I was seeing a young spirit.

When the woman came out, handing me her gift certificate, she asked me if she could have a spiritual insight session instead of the massage her daughter had purchased for her.

I was actually relieved because I hoped I could tell her about the little girl who was still completely beside her.

We sat down and I asked her if I had full permission to share anything I may see.

She nodded with the tiniest of trepidation, and set her special hand held device to record the session and any messages.

I held her hand for a moment and then dove in.

I closed my eyes and began describing the young 7 year old I was seeing.

Messages started to be relayed to her from the little spirit, who was quite vocal in explaining her presence.

The woman had remarried after many years of being a widow from her first husband, who was the father of the daughter, my regular client, who had purchased the gift certificate.

The little girl was the daughter of her 2nd husband.

She passed just a week ago at 30 years young and was in so much trouble from drug addiction, that she was very stuck and immature.

She knew that her dad remembered her fondly at 7, when she was pure.

The memorial included balloons to celebrate a time when her innocence was alive and well.

When I opened my eyes, the woman was shedding tears and nodding at everything that was spoken.

It validated the celebration they had just created and the little girl that showed up, confirmed her innocence was intact.

The little girl spirit wanted her step-mum to share the session with her daddy, and to please tell him that she loved and cherished him forever and asked him to accept that it was her choice to leave, even though she was sorry for anything she did to make him sad, because she was very happy now and as free as the red balloon released into the sky.

It was such a sweet, intimate and gentle session.
