When we can tune in, turn up and switch on our higher frequencies, we can feel ourselves stepping into the zone of our higher selves. Being in our heart’s desires is a great way to move our energetic fields toward bliss.

Many years ago I had the opportunity to travel up the California coast, with a fun girlfriend, who shared the driving experience with me. We stopped at cool outdoor places and ate light salads, and then we were getting close to one of our destination points, and we pulled off the freeway to get gas. We  were in a tiny town that had a main street and we decided to stop and eat at a small fish market that only had three stools and two tables in it for diners. The man who owned this tiny unassuming restaurant, was really proud of his accomplishments. He was keen to show us with a tour of the back of his place, that his market was small and mighty, supplying hundreds of retail businesses with his fresh catches. There were tubs upon tubs of beautiful whole fish on ice. It was much bigger of a space at the back, like a small warehouse, for trucks to pull up and collect his amazing fresh catches. Nothing smelled and all looked pristine. It was impressive and he was filled with excitement and joy. This man was truly following his bliss. He served us our fish meal, which was delicious, and chatted with us while we ate. He had followed his heart with this business, which was proving to be successful, yet his personal life was much more messy. Before we left, I opened a suggestion for him, to allow his personal life to follow the heart that his business had already created. He needed to pour that passion and energy from his business into his love life. When we left his sweet business to go and find our restful location, we had happy bellies and were better for meeting our passionate businessman. It’s lovely to be around people who are following their heart’s desires in at least one area of their lives. He was a gift to us in his delight with his chosen work.
