Let’s start with a huge confirmation of the fact that each and every one of us will make a difference in this life. Some of us leave behind more challenging, negative differences, while more of us make delightful, joyful differences in the lives of others. Over 30 years in Holistic Spiritual practice, I have seen many wonderful transformations with individuals and groups of people, who opened to their best and made differences to a few, with the flow that goes out into the river of life to the many.

One of my sweet peeps came to me for years, even though it took him quite a while to show up as an actual client. He began dropping into our healing center, mostly to drink a cup of tea and eat a slice of my mum’s delicious cake (can’t say I blame him). He loved hanging out with my mum so much (I did too) that he’d get a sandwich and sit to eat his lunch with her, next to the front desk. One day I laughed out loud at him, hugging him, kissing his forehead, and asking him if he was ever going to come for a session, as I waved at him, while stepping into my room to facilitate a client.

When I came out over an hour later, he was gone, and had made an appointment for the work rather than the tea and fabulous cake. I was pretty darned happy to be of service to this man who had endeared himself to my lovely mum.

When he came in he was way more nervous than I’d ever seen him. I first sat him down in my reading room, asking him if he was sure he wished to do this work. He let me know that he was aware of the gifts that poured through my being and it intimidated him a little. I smiled at him, saying that the work will be gentle, only meeting him where he is willing to be at his most comfortable. He came into my healing space and lay on the table, on his side due to physical challenges, from deformities he had experienced his whole life. He had been first bullied by an angry father, who simply couldn’t handle any limitations he had. Then he was bullied by individuals at school, and then at work. The buck stopped right there and right now at this healing junction. I was channeled and guided to walk him onto a beach, where a sweet hut was waiting for him to receive healing. He felt so much peace and that there was nothing wrong with who he was. He simply had an earth body that came with certain healing opportunities.

He went to some high places of healing that took me to different frequencies as well. He came to the center for a few more sessions, in between his favorite cake and tea times with my mum. After a few sessions he quit his job with the company bullies, and began his own airplane cleaning company. He had some awesome companies that really appreciated his great, precise work. He was treated with deep appreciation and respect, for the first time in years, and maybe ever.

He was making a difference to his World, with work and in his now close community. He had finally arrived and nobody deserved it more.  I felt I made a healing difference to him, and the friendship he had discovered with my mum was one of the biggest gifts they gave to each other.
