Attachment - Hummus and Cracker Recipe

My darling man and I love snacking in our little cottage. This recipe is one of them that we enjoy fairly often. This is so easy and delicious……

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained

  • 1 can cannelli beans, drained

  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 10-12 garlic cloves

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro

  • 1/4 cup seeds

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in the vitamix or high speed blender

  • Combine

  • Remove and garnish with seeds and minced cilantro

  • Serve with water or rice crackers
