Can of coconut milk
Toasted coconut
Brown sugar -2TBSp
Chia seeds to thicken (1+ cup)
Tsp vanilla seeds
Tsp Cinnamon
Mix until quite thick
Chill
Layer in alternate layers of pudding and fruit
Fruit - blueberries and strawberries
Pudding
Layer in a glass and serve
